This Privacy Policy explains how AiPex Brands, a sole proprietorship (“AiPex Brands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles the information you share when you visit this website or book a consult with us. It applies to aipexbrands.com.

What we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. There is no contact form on this site; the way to reach us is by booking a consult, which is handled through an embedded Calendly scheduler on our contact page. When you book, you typically provide your name, email address, and your company or website, plus anything you tell us about what you're trying to grow. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
We do not collect payment information on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
How we use it
We use the information you share only to:
- respond to your inquiry and schedule, prepare for, and run your consult;
- follow up with you about working together; and
- keep ordinary business records of our correspondence.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We process your information based on your request to contact us and our legitimate interest in responding to you (and, where required, your consent).
Cookies & analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tag managers, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. The booking page embeds Calendly's scheduling widget, which may set its own cookies and load resources from Calendly in order to function; that processing is governed by Calendly's own policies (see below).
Third parties
Consult bookings are handled by Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, the details you enter are processed by Calendly to manage the appointment and are shared with us so we can run the consult. Calendly's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) at the network level to deliver and secure the site.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you share for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we begin working together, for the duration of that engagement. If a consult does not lead to an engagement, we delete or anonymize your contact details within 24 months of our last contact, unless you ask us to remove them sooner or a longer period is required for legal, tax, or recordkeeping purposes. Booking data held by Calendly is retained under Calendly's own retention practices.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (including HTTPS for this site) to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information. To exercise any of them, email info@aipexbrands.com; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
United States (including California / CCPA-CPRA): the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you; the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to delete your information; and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still contact us with any request.
EU / EEA / UK (GDPR): if you are in these regions, you also have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent at any time; and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We respond to consult requests from visitors regardless of location.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
